Enjoy a spectacular 8-day holiday to France. The tour includes a visit to the Normandy region, renowned for its beaches and war monuments. Explore the highlights of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum (the world’s largest museum and historic monument which houses the famous Mona Lisa), Montmarte, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Palace of Versailles. Spend a day exploring the fabulous Mont St. Michel site, which UNESCO classed as a world heritage site in 1979.

Day 1: Board your coach and make your way to Rosslare to enjoy your sailing to Cherbourg. Enjoy an evening meal enroute before stepping on board the ferry where you will have a cabin for your crossing.

Day 2: Arrive in Cherbourg and make your way to a town in Normandy, an area famous for its historic landing sites and war monuments. Stay overnight in Normandy and enjoy your fi rst French evening meal.

Day 3: Enjoy a morning visit to the town of Bayeux followed by a tour of the nearby D-Day landing beaches. Later that afternoon make your way to Paris where you will stay for the next three nights.

Day 4: Begin your visit to Paris with a guided tour of the Lourve Museum, which houses such famous works as Leonardo Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa. From there make the short trip to Notre Dame Cathedral followed by a free afternoon exploring the nearby Latin Quarter and Opera district.

Day 5: Enjoy a guided tour of Paris, visiting the city’s highlights such as the Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. That afternoon
visit the Montmartre district and Sacre Coeur chapel before ascending the world renowned Eiffel Tower.

Day 6: In the morning, visit the Palace of Versailles. Built by order of Louis XIV, it includes the Hall of Mirrors, the King’s Apartments and the
Palace Gardens, and has been on UNESCO’s World Heritage List for 30 years. That afternoon we will return to the Normandy region for an overnight stay.

Day 7: Depart your hotel and explore Mont St. Michel. The Abbey, located on a little island less than 1km from the mainland, welcomes more than three million visitors each year. Enjoy your day exploring this wonderfully historic island before continuing on to Cherbourg to board your ferry home.

Day 8: Arrive back in Rosslare and begin the fi nal leg of your return journey.
