EXPLORE THE SHANNON LAKELANDS
On this stunning 4-day tour we will follow the River Shannon and explore the highlights of Ireland’s lakelands. We will visit the historic Birr Castle, take a cruise on Lough Derg and Lough Corry, enjoy a tour of Belleek Pottery and visit Strokestown Park and Florence Court Estate from our base in Carrick-on-Shannon.

TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1:Board your luxury coach and begin your tour with a visit to Birr Castle in Co. Offaly. We continue to the picturesque town of Carrick-on-Shannon in Co. Leitrim, where we will be based for the tour.
Day 2: Today we take a relaxing cruise on the Moon River Cruiser before an afternoon visit to the Strokestown Park Museum, House and Gardens, a 300-acre property displaying over 400 years of the region’s history.
Day 3: We will visit the 18th century Florence Court House & Estate in Co. Fermanagh before a visit to Belleek Pottery. On the return to our hotel we will stop at Drumcliff in Co. Sligo and visit the grave site of WB Yeats.
Day 4: After a free morning to explore Carrick-on-Shannon we begin the return journey south. We will visit Killaloe on the shores of Lough Derg and enjoy a relaxing boat cruise before returning home.
